Passionate about drinks & service, masters of entertainment and breaking the world record many times-over for number of hangovers in one month, work hard, play hard they say, is a way of life!
Our inspiration for the menus is worldwide, research has always been top of the list when it comes to menu development. Our goal is to introduce exciting new flavours, techniques & drinks styles regularly, for the enjoyment of our wonderful guests. Recent visit to Athens, Edinburgh, Rome, London & New York have helped shape the current drinks menu. As you can imagine our bartenders had a terrible time researching (drinking!) their way through some of the world’s best bars. The results are worth it though, so we just let them get on with it!
The new cocktail menu is split into four sections: ‘Our Signatures’, dreamt up by the bar team after far too many tasting sessions. ‘Our Classics’, which we’ve lovingly tweaked, twisted and occasionally annoyed purists with. ‘Our Retro Classics’, made using vintage spirits we’ve hunted down to add a little liquid history to your glass. And finally, three brand-new spritzes designed specifically for those sunny days on our terrace.
